Where the name comes from
The goat is old and gnarly, and he's never been to school,

Bill the Goat is the Naval Academy mascot, and that verse is the whole company in two lines. The goat has no pedigree and no polish, just fight.
Anthony Singleton roasts every batch himself in Tarentum, Pennsylvania, on a San Franciscan drum roaster. He writes the profiles down, repeats them, and checks them. We pour every coffee on a working cafe bar before it earns a bag, so what reaches you has already answered to real customers on a real morning.
